Kevin, you probably already know this, but for the benefit of others, the image you show is not of an ET-1 CARbureTER. An ET-1 has only a two-screw mounting footprint on the housing casting that is shown as "Housing Assy - 14-21-14" in your image.

I do not know where to find the filter elements. Maybe put an in-line filter before the fuel pump in an inconspicuous place until a source is found?
