I have a Carter electric pump on one of my trucks. The first one lasted about 25 years, and I replaced it with another about 5 years ago. Sorry I don't remember the model, but it is similar to the one in the link.
Mounts best to the frame rail, but that will produce some noise. Try to isolate the bracket from the frame.
