The two parts of the drive shaft have to be clocked paralell, NOT 90 degrees off.

Re angles, on my stock drive line, the t/c bushings needed shimming. 1/4" of 1/2" fender washers in the front gave the proper angle to match the rear pinion, and bringing the front down that 1/4" also brought the intermediate shaft angles to a match. To heck with the front drive shaft, what wiht lockout hubs.
