Radiator sizes

I just picked up a radiator that fits 46 to 60 I have a 67 the 46 Outlet Is on the left side the 67 is in the middle Has anyone used a 46 to 60 in a late model truck are they the same size my thought is running an extension for the top radiator hose or is anybody interested in a swap just throwing it out there mark in mass thanks
