I had a problem with my 1968 WM300 when I first bought it years ago. The engine ran great but would just occasionally stop running for apparently no reason at all. While idling, on the road, etc. It turns out the previous owner accidentally scraped some insulation off the condenser wire when installing a new condenser and points. Ran great once I put new condenser in correctly
