back then they ran them mostly on cars with semi auto and auto trannies. cant hurt to run one. all the flathead mopars are internally balanced. was the same on the truck V8s. only the premium truck engine had a balancer in the 50s and 60s. most didnt. mopar factory balancing is pretty good. smooth running engines regardless.
