I run a pressurized system on my 62 Power Wagon and my 44/57 6x6. I was able to find NOS radiator caps that run at 4 PSI. I think more pressure than that might be hard for the stock radiator tanks to handle.
Modern pressure caps won't work on the stock radiator because the seal surface in the radiator neck is lower than modern caps are designed for, so you have to modify the neck for the modern cap to work, or find the proper old style cap. When I bought my caps they were getting very hard to find.
