I'm not sure how Ray's kit works. But for max quitude vibrationessosity and U-joint life, the yokes on tranny and transfer case should be 1 degree from parallel. You have to start by shimming the TC to match the rear axle, then shim the engine to match the TC. And drive shaft angles at the U-joints max is ummm 15 degrees, less is better.
Cab height is ummm, 3/8" above the frame at the down-rolled edge of the floor opening. See pic w/ bottle cap. Use 1/2 fender washers from Home Depot etc. to adjust cab, also under radiator support to align hood.
