You probably have a Dodge WC62 that someone modified with a early style (pre mid 1951) cab. Why a WC62:
1) No known 6x6 PWs except the fire truck mentioned earlier.
2) It has the front knee action shocks which make it a WC.
3) It could be a WC63 but can't tell from the picture as the front frame horns are covered by the front bumper/winch mount. The WC63 has longer frame horns for mounting the winch.
4) It has WC 3/4 ton front fenders based on the recesses for the original headlights, blackout light mounting holes and wiring holes behind the headlight mounting area. The drivers side fender has holes where the blackout headlight was mounted.
5) The front grill is a later WC non winch model. It is longer that the winch version who's bottom edge is even with the fenders. It is a later model as the vertical bars are mounted on the support bars rather than drilled and welded into it.

Cab is pre mid 1951:
There are two things that point to an early cab.
1) The center section of the dash does not have a hole for the later style 4 gauge cluster. The plate on the dash covers the holes for the earlier style gauges.
2) The two outer ribs of the waterfall dash are present. They were removed when they went to the center mounted 4 gauge cluster.
