It will bolt up and I would use the longer bolts. You would probably need to change some of the fittings as well. It could get expensive so I would opt for installing an inline electric pump by the tank. Install a toggle switch to run the electric pump to prime the system, much easier. The mechanical pump will suck gas through the electric pump, so you would not have to leave electric pump on. It also would serve as a backup the mechanical pump failed.
