That is hilarious! All EVs! So, if all new cars sold in California by 2035 have to be alternative energy sourced, and the ICEs are phased out over time, won't that lower demand for fossil fuels in CA? And with lower demand, shouldn't the price for those fuels reflect the lower demand and greater supply?
