I have the pulley you describe on one of my parts trucks and it drives an air compressor mounted to a bracket at the right front of the cylinder head. There's no clutch on the air compressor and I don't know how pressure is controlled. Maybe there's a simple pressure release and the compressor runs full time. I took the belt off. I'm trying to decide how handy this might be as compared to a 12v inflator.
