Below is the question, "Which comes 1st. the Workshop or the PW?" Not one response said you'd need the Technical / Service Manuals if you are going to do anything productive in the shop. The truth is that you don't need a shop until you have the manual. You don't even need any tools until you have the manual. Taking apart is not fixing. Putting together is - if you do it right.
The Fuel System Section of Technical Manual (TM) 9-8030 for the M-37 gives descriptions and a lot of pictures showing all the fuel and vent lines. I'm happy to send you the picture that answers your question. Stop by my shop and I'll lend you the tools. We'll look at the manual and put it together right.
