Well contrary to the other individuals I strongly recomend the shop. today here on the Pacific Northwest it is raining! No surprise for this time of year. Needless to say the shop would look pretty inviting today. In addition projects will come and go over the years and the PW will fluctate in terms of priority, it will always be there but will rise and fall on the list of priorities. Whereas the shop will be critical for any and all of your endevours.
