Here in eastern Idaho and all the ranch country that I have traveled in the west. The most popular ranch truck would be the 3/4 or 1 ton Dodge and Ford, with a flat deck for hauling hay. Chevy doesn't seem to make the cut all that well when it comes to going to work. For your "goin to town truck" make sure and have a homemade full rear window guard and side rails with a lot of horseshoes welded in. Tom
