I have used Marine Penetrol on boats for years. Linseed oil on wooden boats. When I got my 55PW it was terribley faded green. I knew I would eventually repaint it but not for many years. So I used Penetrol to on a rag and rubbed the entire truck down. The finish looks much as the original may have.
