You could wait until you get the tank installed and the bed on to get it correct so its not off some that would not be good. with the bed on you can drill a small pilot hole center then take a correct size metal saw and cut the hole then smooth the edges and brush touch up the rubber ring will cover it just be careful take your time and you can do it
