Hi Dan glad to see you back on the forum.
I would try to move you toward the 315 or 325
if you want the easiest install. They are the
largest CI of the small Hemi's and have larger
main and rod bearings as well as more power.
The larger Chrysler Hemis are do able but require
more engineering because of the size. One thing
you can't escape is the high cost to rebuild
any of them. You will also need to replace
your front springs and shocks with heaver
component's because of the weight increase.
