The NP420 was used in the 2 wheel drive PU's
and was also bolted to the 315 poly block.
Same bell housing as the Hemi, so with that
input shaft and a PW NP420 you can make the
swap. In fact all early Hemi's used the same
bell housing bolt pattern. The only thing, you
have to make sure your Hemi engine crank
is bored for a pilot bearing, cars were not
trucks were. May need the machine shop to bore
the crank if necessary.
