Pinion yoke repair, what filler, or adhesive to use?

The speedy sleeve directions suggest using some sort of hardening sealant, or powdered metal epoxy?

The pinion yoke is rather pitted so I am unsure if the speedy sleeve is needing additional support. In the past I have not felt the need for additional fillers.
