Yup. 1/4” didn’t work. Binding.
Cut a tad more, maybe 3/8”
Still binding.
Had to go to 1/2” cut off fior this to work.
Am I concerned? No not really. The remaining spline length is fully engaged into the diffs side gears. So I’m sure it’s fine..
Time will tell!
