Checking my repro bed

My WM300 (1962 3rd series) bed and repro rear fenders are installed. Looks great. However when I tried to attach the rear fender to frame support brackets they aren�t even close! I was planning on adding the angle iron on to the fender but the brackets are slightly angled away from the fenders and it looks like the fender and bed side won�t let them get close to the frame supports. Crazy I know. It looks �square�. All the holes to the frame and bed supports lined up.
