I just looked in manual and I might be wrong. I thought d300 and W300 used same rear cylinder because they shared the same shoes. but the factory shop manual says D300 uses 1 1/4" cylinders and the W300 uses 1" bore cyls. part number I gave is for the 1 1/4". the part number for the 1" are:
7563 and 7564.

that said I don't think it would throw anything off to run the 1.25" bores on the back. They may have used smaller bore in back on the W because of the increased braking power in the front on a W compare to the D
