Cleaned plugs, they were wet and a bit sooty. Can get it to catch for a few turns, but not run. Best seems to be with the pedal held down and partial choke.
Could I still have water from running tank dry, and so should I remove carb top and clean and dry the bowl?
Should I try having helper squirt starter fluid into air cleaner while cranking?
