I would say 3 point hitch and monroe lift never seen one except in video add the rear pto in that picture though my understanding is the belt pully runs off rear pto so guess that pic would be the the lift and pto with belt trifecta lol Have seen setup on a jeep used to have the lift off a jeep which one of the southern pw crowd traded me out of ... both of us had idea to convert to pw but he ended up with lift
