I have a 318 in my 6x6 mated to a factory radiator. It was pretty simple finding off-the-shelf hoses to go between the two. Go to your local auto or truck parts store and ask to look at their radiator hoses. Tell them what you are working on (pictures!) and anyone with a soul will be happy to help. I found that taking a coat hanger that is bent to the approx route of the hose helps a lot picking out the right one. If I recall correctly, the top hose was for a '75 Mustang.
