Sorry for the slow reply here, has been a busy few weeks.

The axle is a custom build. It is an Eaton HO72 rear center from a '65 C30. The tube ends were cut down and then the tubes pulled from an '86 F350 Dana 60 but using F250 TTB Hubs for the Single Rear wheel track width. The D60 tubes were machined to fit into the H072 tubes, which was an easy process. Used an alignment bar, an empty third member with pucks for bearing centers, and pucks for spindle centers, the housing was welded up.
The axle has stock 4.57 gears, but the carrier was split open and machined to fit 30 Spline Detroit locker parts from a modern GM 14 bolt. Custom seal retainers were made and bolt to web walls inside the housing. 30 spline inner hobbed Dutchman domestic alloy axle shafts mixed with Spicer 35 spline Chromoly alloy outer stub shafts. A set of Spicer lockouts from a '79 F350 Dana 60 were rebroached from 30 spline to 35 spline and I had a set of custom hub dials machined as well. The front suspension is a 4 link with crossover AGR power steering and supported by ORI nitrogen struts. Theres so much stuff snuck into this truck.

Built all of it in my little garage.
