Gears are typical of a spur gear trans. Unless someone has switched trans, you should have the 38711 trans. If you want to compare to a 38711 trans with new gears, look at Section 28, TIPS, item "l" of the PIF.
If it was rebuilt, I wouldn't trust the re-builder, they usually just replace bearings. Take it apart and inspect for yourself.
