Help identifying year/model

Hello,
Can anyone provide me any details regarding this old Dodge Power Wagon 6 I came across ??
I was told it is a 1947 and the hood side section has a �300� on it. I see a lot of Power Wagons on-line, but none have the solid steel bed rails on them.
I�m unable to download pictures at the moment but contact me via e-mail and I should be able to send them then.
Any info would be of value, thanks.
