FFPW, WC's, M37 PTO Drive Shafts

I did a comparison between the above vehicles regarding the drive shaft length, using the G502 ORD 9, ORD 9 G741, here is what I found:

The WC 3/4, WC 1.5, and FFPW use the same drive shaft CC-921905, length is 38-3/16 inches

The M37 used shaft CC-1269385, 38-3/4 inches up-to vehicle serial number 80020449. After vehicle serial number 80020449, the CC-921905 shaft was used.

These part numbers were researched using a Military part supplier to come up with the shaft length since the part manual do not designate a length. It would seem a 1st series M37 shaft could be cut to work on the FFPW, all other shaft parts should work. Can anyone verify shaft lengths, and yoke will interchange? Thanks
