If you retire, Everyone finds out that you have nothing to do so they find projects for you until you are over busy again. The other day I came out of real estate retirement to help remodel and sell my parents house, make an offer on a home for my 2nd son on short notice, help 2 of my wife relatives transfer a house between them. One lives in Canada the other near me but the house is 1.5 hrs away. The youngest son will buy the house the 2nd son will sell. all this hit me at once and i thought I would have a panic attack. The 3rd son will be getting married right when we were planning a European river cruse. stay working, It's easier!! or learn to say no which is impossible with family.
