I used to plow snow with a 12 valve 5.9 Cummmins powered Dodge. I adjusted the pump to give it more low end torque, as if it really needed it. :)
Anyway the automatic transmission blew out 3 times in less than 5 years.
That 12 valve was probably the strongest engine I have ever owned.
