I replaced what they are calling the "bill" gear, actually "bull" gear, on an MU2 40 years ago. The gear cost $250 then. You would definitely want to verify it's condition.
I'm not sure why the engagement lever is being offered separately. It's not really an option. It's essential to the winch. Somewhat like offering the trigger to a shotgun as a side sale.
