It wasn’t mud or snow, but I had my W 500 at the beach last year and I was pleasantly surprised. It did very well; I didn’t need to air the duallies down much at all due to the overall tire diameter as it turned out.
With the smaller trucks like the flat-fender and 9X16 bias tires, you definitely need to air down to about 20 in sand.
Disclaimer- no I did not get salt water on it AND I flushed it all down well with fresh water afterwards.
