I sometimes have the same issue when replying to an existing topic from my phone, which is an Android (Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G). It was happening the other day, and after trying 5 or 6 different Captcha codes and getting an error message each time, I finally copied all of the text I was trying to post, then backed out of the topic, then went back into the topic and pasted all of that copied text into a new reply, entered the Captcha code, hit "Post Reply" and it worked. In fact, I had to do that this time, to post a reply to your message, and we'll see in a moment if that worked.
It shouldn't take that kind of effort, but since nothing else is working for you, you might try doing the same thing on your computer.
