Use the four metal trim pieces for locating holes already in the cab metal. Start at front center and work outward. The rest of the holes become tricky. Carefully inserting a sheet metal screw from behind the hole and allowing it's point to protrude into the cab can give you a mark by pressing the liner on it...if you are set on using existing holes. If that's not a concern then you can poke holes wherever you want, leaving a mark on the metal then go back in and drill a pilot hole for the sheet metal screw.
