You have to pull the cam, valves, tappets, and re-assemble cam and timing cover. Might as well go to belt drive. Maybe the new front cover can extend to a water pump adaptor / spacer. OHC might want to use a pump w/ radiator connection to the drivers side. Plus a tensioner.
Either design, getting rid of the low profile manifolds frees up space on that side too. Room for AC compressor?
