This one's still up for bid. Your 251 is basically an industrial engine that had variations in exhaust pipes. If the exhaust pipe had a 180 degree bend exiting above the engine, it required a four bolt flange to prevent leakage. These engines were common in old harvesters and other equipment such as vehicles. If yours is cracked or broken, have it welded to repair it.
