Greetings All,

It’s been a while since I’ve posted. I wish you all a Happy 4th of July holiday.

I’m looking for recommendations on a mechanic who understands flatheads. My truck hasn’t been run since before Diana got sick a few years ago and even then needed some help. Now that it’s been just me and the pup for a while, I think it’s time to try to revive it.

I’ve asked a few modern day mechanics look at it but the response is always the same, “If it doesn’t have a computer or error codes, not interested.”

Anyone have a recommendation for a good old school mechanic in the Northern Virginia area? I’m located in Fairfax County, near Springfield.
