That has defiantly been cut short and welded a plate to the frame
Go to Vintage PW website, under section 15 they have a frame blueprint, at beginning and end
You can see the extension behind the spring bracket 13-54-15, get an idea of how short it was cur as well as missing the rear crossmember with the hole in it for PTO shaft
