You Can put a Pertronix Igniter in your current distributor to give you electronic ignition. I've used one for 20 years, works great. Stock distributor uses a model 2563LS for 12 V trucks. Use 2563LSN6 for 6 V negative ground, 2563LSP6 for 6 V positive ground. Replaces the points in your distributor.
