Back when we lived in Texas, I installed a Chrysler 360 V8, in a 1958 W200 Power Giant pickup. As I recall there was plenty of room for that engine. It fit in easily. I don't know about a bigger engine like a 413, but I do know the space under the hood would be about the same.
