I have sold a set of 5 tire's as well as a transmission via Fastenal.
It was the least expensive way to ship large or heavy items that I could find.
The item needs to be strapped to a pallet, and of course the buyer and seller need to be within reasonable driving distance to a Fastenal location.
Very satisfied with how it turned out.
p.s. I wrapped the tranny in bubble wrap on the pallet to help protect it in shipment.
