Yea they really haven’t given only deep thought on how to do it or the limitations. They are just saying do it! Washington is Democrat controlled by 4 or 5 counties in the Puget Sound area. It’s been that way for years. Our current governor was kicked out of eastern Washington so ran for state wide office where those counties supported him and out number the rest of the state.
