Yes, I’ve had that process done & it’s almost like a plastic tank within your tank. It won’t ever dissolve like Eastwood or other tank coatings. I had one done where I had them cut the top of the tank open & blast the inside like they do to all of them. Then do the normal coating inside but no coating on the outside like they do. Then I painted the outside of the tank. Looked like a normal new tank. Usually they put this ugly rough undercoat on them.
