My daughter lives just north of Austin Texas. She had a shop repair her brakes less than a year ago. She paid for premium no rust rotors and top of the line pads. They gave her a 1 year full replacement warranty. Well she said they started making grinding noises yesterday. So she contacts the shop to have them fix the problem under their warranty.
They said she voided the warranty because she parked outside. She says I never told you where I park it. He said she had to have parked it outside otherwise the brakes would have not failed.
Well my daughter is not stupid. She came right back at him and said he was full of BS. My dad parks his cars out side all the time and his brakes have never failed because of that. He has parked all over the country including Alaska where they salt the roads which is not done here. He continued to BS her. Poor delusional guy he doesn’t know what he is up against with her. He is not going get away with pulling the female knows nothing. Especially with my blonde blue eyed daughter. She point blank told him that they will fix the problem with the high end parts she paid for and that they will charge her nothing.
