With the Reg. all the way down there's opining (slot) in the window bottom channel
To door latch end.
Put the window channel on the roller and the
Other roller (hinge) side will come up into channel via a opening on the channel end as you roll the window crank up.
Install the roller stop screw in the end
of the lower glass channel.
You do have that removed right?
