That is a little low but better than nothing.
You can check your relief spring or shim as Vaughn mentioned but usually worn bearings is the cause.
I have done two things to help.
One change to a "High" volume oil pump
Simple job.
VPW sold one at one point, probably still do.
Two
Even if you don't change the pump I would change to heavier oil.
Straight 40 or 50 wt in your climate.
I use 20/50 in all my old iron.
