L.E. Meyers Company of Chicago has been in construction of electric utilities since 1891 and is still in business today! In that late 1960s L.E. Meyers bought a fleet (reportedly hundreds) of WM300s. All painted entirely in Omaha Orange. Fenders, running boards, wheels, even frames. Some had beds, others had utility bodies. Equipped with first aid kits and safety flags or flares. Winch trucks equipped with ignition kill switch mounted to the grill.

My brother and I picked up this one in Texas this week from the grandson of a company mechanic. Two more popped up on Facebook on the PW Refitters page. Three more are in the PW Registry. DCM Classics recently sold one and Rough & Ready PWs is currently refurbishing one for resale.
