Here is the back story on this truck 83907515.It was bought new and used in the "Coal camps" of areas shown on door to deliver supplies (food, medicine) and never had any hard work it appears as body was not beat up but just years of working on dirt and poor roads. It was a "No winch" truck and had the Braden dated '64 so probably installed about then. The Dualmatic hubs were installed about that time also i would think. I replaced all brake system, turned drums, rebuilt carb, all fuel lines, replaced exaust manifold and exhaust system, put NDT tires on. The interior is original and not too bad to include headliner. It runs like any other old Power Wagon i have owned and has about 34K miles shown. The 98 year old widow is still alive and has lots of pictures of it as they both got old together. I want to find something to preserve whats left of paint especially the lettering on doors and other than that just for now keep driving it. I would also like to thank the ones here that have advised me on problems and to the ones that i have purchased a few needed parts from. My time now is being spent on a frame up M-37 that i hope to have finished by the end of this coming summer.
